Observe

Notice your patterns, thoughts, triggers, and emotional habits without harsh judgment. Create space between what you feel and how you react so you can see things more clearly (with compassion.)

Wonder

Get curious about others perspectives, possiblities, and intentions. Step out of your automatic story so you can see what else might be true. 

Navigate

Try small intentional experiments based on a new way of thinking. Make simple shifts in how you respond, communicate, or act in real life and notice what actually changes. This is about learning through experience, not getting it perfect.
